U of T Faculty are invited to apply for On the Land– a land-based cultural safety course hosted by TRANSFORM HR. This is a unique opportunity to join other faculty, as well as clinical staff and trainees, in:
- Gaining the knowledge and confidence to become reciprocal and meaningful advocates for and allies to Indigenous Peoples in Canada
- Exploring how to apply a lens of cultural safety to your work
- Learning how to shift to a two-eyed seeing approach in order to broaden perspectives
