We are seeking a part-time Knowledge Mobilization & Communications Assistant to join our team (U of T Work Study). This position will play a key role in supporting communications and knowledge mobilization.
The student will support critical outreach and communications to engage and expand the Collaborative Centre’s network of members and partners leading on work at the intersection of climate change and health, including through
- Updating and development content for the Collaborative Centre’s website
- Supporting promotions and planning for the Collaborative Centre’s 2026 Climate & Health Conference, including participating in planning committee meetings, expanding our outreach, and supporting logistics day-of (October 23, 2026)
- Supporting resource development
- Supporting additional communications and graphic design, as needed
The student will have the opportunity to learn about a wide range of initiatives related to climate change, health and sustainable care, engaging with our diverse network of members and partners as well as continuing to develop critical project management, content review and communications skills, including:
- Planning, writing and copy editing
- Graphic design
- Outreach and engagement
- Website management, if applicable to applicant
Position details:
- 15 hours per week (200 hours total)
- Working onsite is required
