Ruben is currently pursuing a Master of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering. His thesis aims to advance equity in the practice of usability engineering and has a particular focus on the usability of health technologies. Ruben’s research interests are in human factors and ergonomics approaches to engineering equitable and sustainable health systems.
