Amani is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health in Black Health at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health. He also currently works at REACH Nexus doing work related to HIV and PrEP for African, Caribbean, and Black (ACB) communities in Canada. Amani’s research interests include, social determinants of health, intersectionality, Black queer studies, Black feminism, decolonization, mental health, and love studies.
