Kate Mulligan is a health geographer and a leading expert in community and neighborhood-scale interventions aimed at enhancing health and well-being. As the founder and Scientific Director of the Canadian Institute for Social Prescribing, she spearheads impactful research, evaluations, and collaborations that drive healthier, more equitable, and more sustainable health policies and practices. Dr. Mulligan is also an Assistant Professor in Social and Behavioural Health Sciences at the University of Toronto’s Dalla Lana School of Public Health.
