Brittany Maguire holds a Master’s in Environmental Studies from York University, Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and International Development Studies from Dalhousie University, and a Graduate Diploma in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership from Carleton University.

Brittany helped launch the Collaborative Centre and was the Managing Director of the previous Centre for Sustainable Health Systems since 2022. Prior to joining the University of Toronto, Brittany spent over five years in program and project management for non-profits, particularly at the intersections of sustainability, climate change, food systems and food security. She is passionate about community engagement and collaboration on initiatives that address sustainability and climate change.

Madeline Dougherty has an MSc in health promotion and a background in equitable health. Madeline has previously worked for a community non-profit and has a passion for equitable and sustainable health systems.
